This cycle represents the continuous, data-driven process I use to test, evaluate, and provide actionable insights for product development. Each phase is designed to refine and optimize products, ensuring they align with brand goals and deliver top-tier performance in the market.

TESTING PERIOD

Consists of training sessions, pick up games, matches, and an assortment of random wear. The goal is to use the boots more aggressively than a normal consumer to find all their strengths and weaknesses. I train like I would in a pro session, and usually occurs every few days during the course of the entire testing period.
Log & LEarn

I log every session into a google spreadsheet that will outline: date, time in boots (min), play type (game / training / other), surface type, weather, improvement points, the bad, the good, overall thoughts / observations, extras, and a video tag + title (if relevant).
feedback in focus

During the course of the testing period, I like to film videos of my training and give some live feedback while I play. The goal of the videos and photos are to provide as much context for the session log spreadsheet and for our calls.
sync & Strategize

Weekly meetings are an important part of the feedback loop during the testing phases. My goal is to maximize this time by going over any feedback or questions a client has about what is in the session log, videos, photos, or other testing.
