As a former professional footballer turned mental performance coach, I help current and former athletes perform at their best in and out of their sport, so they can live lives full of meaning, purpose, and high achievement.

My journey from the football pitch taught me that success isn't just about talent… it's about mindset, strategy, and building systems for yourself. Whether you're a current professional athlete or recently retired, you have the capability to perform at your best every day, meeting transition moments head on and with purpose.

When I'm not working on my mental performance business, you'll find me training for triathlons, studying for my PhD, or diving into the latest book on personal development.
